Residential Course Venue
Opus Summer School 2004 - Of Land and Sea

Earnley Concourse, Earnley, Chichester, Sussex

12 - 16 July 2004

The Earnley Concourse is a residential centre in a small village situated near the sea and the Witterings in Sussex. The centre is very comfortable with beautiful gardens, green houses and an 'indoor garden' designed for 'artists in the rain'! Purpose built studios offer a professional setting for practical work and other attractions are a heated indoor swimming pool, a licensed bar and a small shop stocking general art materials.

The accommodation is in comfortable rooms, each with bathroom, television and telephone. With the nearby historic interest of the Roman Palace at Fishbourne and Chichester Cathedral (including a John Piper tapestry and Marc Chagall stained glass window amongst its treasures) we feel certain that this combination of stimulating tutors and Sussex coastline will ensure an enriching and profitable experience for students at all levels.
